Neil Dasgupta

Assistant Professor, Mechanical Engineering, University of Michigan

Neil Dasgupta completed a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2005, a M.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering at Stanford University in 2006, and a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Materials Science and Engineering at Stanford University in 2011.  Prior to joining UM in 2014, he was a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Chemistry at University of California, Berkeley.  He is the recipient of a U. S. Department of Energy EERE Postdoctoral Research Award (SunShot Fellowship), the AVS Student Award for Best Graduate Research in ALD, and a Stanford Graduate Fellowship.
